SHORT HISTORY:
San Jose National High School is located in Barangay San Jose, Mahayag Zamboanga del Sur where it has several feeder barangays. The school is existing for almost 35 yrs.
Previously the school had only seven teachers and the rooms were only few and also the chairs were just only few. However, the parents who were very interested sent their children in school they provided and supported the necessity of their students.
Presently the school shows with great difference in terms of the number of school facilities and physical facilities as well as the number of teachers. There are four male teachers and the rest are female teachers.
In general, it has 12 sections with 19 teachers and 1 school head with plantilla.
